18X123MM X RANDOM LENGTHS

Nature Solid Natural Grade Jatoba Flooring has a width of 123mm and is 18mm thick. These boards come in random lengths . Each board is tongue and grove and has bevelled edges on all four sides.

123mm Jatoba Natural is finished with 6 coats of UV Lacquer which gives this flooring a smooth and protective coating.

The Natural AB Grade means this floor will come with colour variation for a natural looking floor surface. This floor can be installed by secret nailing to an existing wooden subfloor or by sticking down to a concrete subfloor.

There are several reasons why you might consider buying solid Jatoba flooring:

  1. Beauty: Jatoba, also known as Brazilian Cherry, is highly valued for its stunning beauty. It features rich reddish-brown to deep red tones that darken over time, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in any space. The wood exhibits a distinctive grain pattern and natural variations, adding character and visual interest to the flooring.

  2. Durability: Jatoba is an extremely durable hardwood. It ranks high on the Janka hardness scale, making it one of the hardest and most durable flooring options available. It is resistant to wear, denting, and scratching, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and homes with active lifestyles or pets.

  3. Stability: Solid Jatoba flooring is known for its stability. It is less prone to expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature and humidity compared to some other wood species. This stability helps to maintain the integrity and appearance of the floor over time.

  4. Longevity: Jatoba Solid flooring is known for its longevity. When properly installed and maintained, it can last for decades, providing enduring beauty and value to your home.

  5. Versatility: Solid Jatoba flooring complements various interior design styles. Its rich color and warmth can enhance both traditional and contemporary aesthetics. It pairs well with a wide range of color schemes and furniture styles, allowing for versatile design options.

  6. Resale Value: Installing Solid Jatoba flooring can increase the value of your home. Its durability, beauty, and longevity make it an attractive feature for potential buyers, potentially resulting in a higher resale value.

  7. Sustainability: Jatoba is a sustainably harvested wood species. When purchasing Jatoba flooring, look for certifications such as FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) to ensure responsible sourcing and environmentally friendly practices.

  8. Easy Maintenance: Jatoba flooring is relatively easy to maintain. Regular sweeping or vacuuming, along with occasional damp mopping, is usually sufficient to keep it clean. Applying a suitable finish or sealant can help protect the wood and maintain its appearance.
